If you are interested in signing up for a Sweet Helpers Account or have any questions on how this program works please email us at sweetrepeatky@gmail.com and we will let you know if we have availability or answer any questions. These spots fill up quick! Again all items must be dropped off as soon as possible. If you wait a month before the sale, there is no guarantee your items will be included in that upcoming sale.


WE are NOT responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

After the sale is over, you must pick up your tubs of unsold items and your check on pick up day of that sale. If you need help with storage you can speak to Leslie concerning the issue. However, storage is not guaranteed. Please remember all your items that do not sell will roll over to the following sale and will be ready to go. There is no need for retagging.

Participation Agreement

​​​​​​​1. Item Preparation Requirements
The Account Holder agrees that all items submitted meet the following standards:
All clothing must be washed and clean
All non-clothing items must be wiped down and cleaned
All battery-operated items must have working batteries
Items must be free of excessive stains, odors, holes, tears, or damage
Sets (including but not limited to shoes, socks, pajamas, and outfits) must be dropped off together
The Account Holder agrees to perform a quality check prior to drop-off and understands that sending uninspected items is not acceptable.


2. Item Storage & Container:
All items must be delivered in totes
Wheeled 40-gallon totes are strongly recommended due to space limitations
Hanging items take up significant space and should be minimized
Large items will be accepted no earlier than one week prior to the sale, as storage space is limited
Totes may be rented from Sweet Repeats for a one-time fee of $20 per tote


3. Inventory & Accountability:
All items must be properly accounted for in order to be sold
Any items that are missing or not properly accounted for will be donated
Sweet Repeats is not responsible for lost or damaged items


4. Cleaning, Rejection & Donations:
If Sweet Repeats is required to wash clothing due to lack of cleanliness, a $10 fee per load will be charged
Non-clothing items that are excessively dirty will be automatically rejected
Items that are not sellable due to stains, holes, damage, or condition will be donated unless the Account Holder provides written instructions otherwise


5. Pricing & Discounts:
All items will be discounted throughout the sale unless the Account Holder notifies Sweet Repeats otherwise in advance
Sweet Repeats reserves the right to apply standard sale discounts unless excluded by written request


6. Fees:
The following fees apply per sale:
$15 Registration Fee
$5 Service Fee
$5–$10 Storage Fee (if items are stored between sales)
All applicable fees will be combined and deducted on the Account Holder’s check report.


7. Time & Capacity Acknowledgment:
As the Sweet Helper program grows, the Account Holder acknowledges that Sweet Repeats may have limited time to complete all accounts prior to each sale. Timelines are not guaranteed.

8. Liability Disclaimer:

Sweet Repeats is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items under any circumstances.

9. Agreement Acknowledgment:

By participating in the Sweet Helper program, the Account Holder acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to all terms outlined in this Agreement.
